Glass Jellyfish Sculpture by Richard Satava


Something resembling glass vases with jellyfish inside creates glass artist Richard Satava. He has an amazing skill to create such realistic jellyfish.

In simple terms, the jellyfish are also made of glass. Richard Satava spent about three years studying the technique and improving the formulas. He makes these vases with jellyfish for the past twenty years.

Realistic Animal Lollipops By Shinri Tezuka


Japanese artist Shinri Tezuka is the owner of a shop called Ameshin. He uses starch and sugar syrup to create incredibly realistic candy in the shape of animals, as well as other sugar sculptures and sells them.

The used material allow to create if not completely clear products then ones very similar to glass









Melting Ice Cream Portraits by Michael Massaia


American photographer Michael Massaia created an unusual series of photographs displaying melted ice cream. The series is even more unusual considering the fact that the author worked before only with black and white photography.

In Massaia’s photographs, ice cream melts forming some kind of abstract surreal shapes. Despite the abstractness, most of the images can be easily identified as characters from popular cartoons and comics.
