“Zhuo’er Mountain 卓尔山” by Harrison Zhao
The Zhuo’er (Drow) Mountain is part of the Qilian Mountains and belongs to Danxia Landform, which is composed of red sandstone conglomerate. It is known as “Zong Mu Ma glaze Ma”, which means beautiful red queen in Tibetan. The Zhuo’er Mountain scenic area is located in the town of Babao in Qilian County. Standing on the top of Zhuo’er offers an extremely broad panoramic view with no surrounding barriers. Opposite of the hill is Niu Xinshan, which overlooks the four seasons’ most beautiful scenery.

Baekdusan-Haven lake
Beakdu Mountain is an active volcano on the border between North Korea and China. At 2,744 m (9,003 ft), it is also the highest mountain on the Korean Peninsula and in northeastern China. There is a large crater lake, called Heaven Lake, in the caldera atop the mountain. The clean weather of this mountain is very rare.

Red Flute Cave, known as “the Palace of Natural Arts,” is located in the northwest of Guilin City, 5 kilometers away from the center of the city. It is a cave on the southern shoulder of the Guangming Hill and is one of the most extraordinary scenic spots in Guilin. It is a “must-see” sight in Guilin. According to a legend, Reed Flute Cave got its name because people believed that the reeds by the cave’s mouth could be made into flutes. The Reed Flute Cave is 240 meters and offers a majestic fairyland of karst caves with landscape and rural scenery.
