A new gadget called the Miracle Machine was developed by wine expert Kevin Boyer and entrepreneur Philip Vine. This device turns water into wine in a matter of days using ingredients that include grape concentrate, yeast, and a finishing powder that imbues the liquid with barrel-aged flavor. The Miracle Machine is controlled by a mobile app that guides you through the winemaking process on your device whilst monitoring progress. he app lets you choose what kind of wine you are making and then keeps an eye on the vital stats of the wine it ferments. The app will tell you how much of each ingredient to put in the bottle, Ph, alcohol content, and how much time remains before the wine is complete. It’s estimated that for only $2 in ingredient packets, the Miracle Machine can produce a bottle of wine that tastes like a $20 bottle. The device is due to be funded via Kickstarter. If funded and it goes to market, the Miracle Machine is expected to retail for $499.
